Big Ideas, Small Budget: Biggest challenges faced

* finding talented yet inexpensive voice talent

* reluctance of some colleagues to adopt new technology

* finding time to learn new tools; finding time at al!

* recruiting volunteers

* communicating with donors and the public (potential donors)

* finding your audience

Ideas

For audio, purchasing inexpensive equipment such as the Samsung Zoom H2 or H4; you can record in an quiet space, even inside a parked car

Don't be afraid to ask people to volunteer.

Overabundance of options? Go where the audience is.

Outsource when you can; ask your volunteer base.
